I have signed up for BT Superfast Fibre, and have claimed my reward card promptly after my line was activated on May 23rd. But haven't received my code for my tech giveaway. When should I receive it?

I'm sorry you haven't received the email to claim your free tech gift. I've passed on your details to my colleagues in the Promotions Team and I've asked them to investigate. It normally takes them around 10 days to get back to me, I'll post back as soon as I have an update.
