Could someone please suggest how I might contact BT? I am being charged for a package that I did not request, did not agree to, and do not want. My complaint was closed without any action. Although my first email received a response, my follow-up emails were ignored. My phone line has not worked since I was put on this package, so I cannot call BT (no mobile I can use). I have just been disconnected twice from ongoing chat.
How can I get to communicate with BT?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
