Closing multiple blank accounts

I had an issue when first setting my line up with BT so ended up with 2 "closed" accounts as they were never activated by BT and so closed. Eventually after a few months the issue was solved and we finally got our line but I'm now left with 2 blank accounts attached to my account. I can't seem to find my active account despite adding it to it either so I can review my data use or manage anything. Can someone help?
