I’ve come across the PS5 on the BT shop but it requires a code to purchase. I’ve followed the instructions, which are log in and go to “get offers” but I keep getting an error message that I am unable to be shown offers due to my plan and to call.
Why am I being penalised due to the broadband plan I have?
