After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email
So, BT phoned me yesterday and I spent about 30 minutes on hold whilst various people spoke to different departments. They apologised that there was such a delay for another engineer to come and activate my Infinity and asked me for 3 dates when I would be free so they could arrange another appointment. I gave the man 3 dates. He said I'd get a call before the end of the day to confirm.
Result? No call back but I got a text message. Telling me that a "new" appointment had been booked for 10/04/14. Completely ignoring the date preferences that I had given and the same date as the previous appointment that I have issue with.
This is incredible! It's as though they are going out of their way to annoy me.
