I know it says beginner after my name on here. I am quite literally fed up with bt's bare faced lack of customer care, when it matters. I know whom to contact. The reason why this complaint has escalated is quite simply that i have not backed down. It's ok apologising but when it's costing your customer extra cash then c'mon. I wonder, what if, what if the moderators dealt with this complaint. Would i be a different outcome? I would like to think yes.
