after moving into our new home we were promised Broadband connection on the 30th of November and while the phone was working on that date we are still waiting to be connected to Broadband. We have suffered weeks and weeks of lies , promises and complete lack of care and understanding. So today after receiving a second hub we have been tol that we have to wait until the 4th of February. No one has made any attempt to understand what we are going through, no one has made any attempt to help us with any degree of support or urgency. And to make matters worse we have just been billed for a months broadband which we dont have and the thought of trying to get that sorted fills us with dread. Why why cant we get anyone to understand and help us, why is it so difficult to find someone to fight our corner and say 'we care' ?

Not a new build, previous occupiers moved out day before and they had functioning Broadband. Neighbours have broadband.
