Hi Stephanie,

By replying to you email what do you mean?

The only emails I have are relayed messages from bt comms telling me you’ve replied to this thread.

@Srdscott not a problem at all, I'm just sorry this couldn't be resolved from the start for you.

I will actually contact you back on Sunday if that's all right, I see a new bill is due to be issued with that credit balance so I just need to check over it and get back to you, as discussed.
