Connection Address is Incorrect

Trying to order fibre broadband having waited for 20 years. Orders now being taken but I can not place order because BT open reach have our address incorrect. Have raised this over the years with BT that address doesn’t exist and assured it was corrected. However it transpires they changed billing address only and NOT connection address. Not happy that everyone else in village can order but we can’t and now have further delays.

Hi @MidgeDitty Welcome to the forum and sorry your address record is incorrect with Openreach.

If you have telephone service with BT Retail then we can help you get the Openreach address records corrected. Please check Royal Mail  and ensure your address is listed them. 

If your address is listed with Royal Mail and you have the telephone line with us post back and let me  know and we'll be happy to help you with this.

I have been with BT for almost 20 years
The address is correct with Royal Mail but openreach have allocated an address which doesn’t exist us our connection address!
BT have the correct address on the account for billing

Hi @MidgeDitty Thanks for sending over your details. I can see that you had already been in touch and the records with Openreach corrected. You have also now placed your order for the fibre to the home broadband service which is due to be connected next week.
