Connection date

Hi I've recently moved over to Bt infity and had my home hub arrive today all plugged in and getting solid blue light my setup date is set at the 31st any way this can be done over the phone now

A solid blue light is the correct condition, sometimes the work is done earlier. Do you have an Internet connection?

In that case, the ISP configuration has not been loaded yet, this is an automatic process and will be programmed to happen on the day of activation, it cannot be changed.

 

Its a good sign that the work at the cabinet has already been done, as quite often the holdup is there.

 

You will just have to wait.
