Connection to BT broadband

We were due to go live with BT broadband on the 11/3/21, received hub on the 10/3 and plugged, still waiting for connection. Have spent over 4 hours with online team trying to solve issue with landline. Was told on 13/3 that the offline team would call me. Have had no call, no way of contacting them and if I go through to the 0800 800 150 number I spend 30-40 mins waiting in a Q to be told they cant fix the problem and it needs to go to the offline team who never call? I an at a loss of what to do next ....maybe a different provider??
