Contacting BT

Dear BT

 

I have for the last few days been unsuccessful in making contact with BT to discuss my recent bill I am some what concerned that as the UK's communications provider that & please note. I have called many times! I have tried to e-mail BT not contact email details on your web page or when I log into my account. Your web portal has been shut down.

I am, as you can imagine some what concerned that I cant make contact with you?

@Robertjwalsh Welcome to this user forum.

If it relates to a problem paying a bill, then BT are not disconnecting anyone at the moment, until June.
