Finding it difficult to locate the actual duration and end date of my current package contract. Order tracking tab in My BT shows order placement but can't find whether it's a 12 or 18 month contract (why not make them all the same?) Have lost original e-mail received back in 2017, any ideas where to find details?

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"
I'm trying to find out when my current contract ends. I followed the link shown and checked my orders, but I'm not getting a link to show my contract terms. Any ideas?
In MyBT hover over MyBT on the purple banner. Click on Support - track your order. Select the relevant order and click on view order summary which will give the terms etc.
