The leaving BT pages state that your contract end date is shown on your bill. It isn't. I've downloaded the bill as a pdf, scoured it, searched it, it isn't there. I looked through the My BT pages and can't find it there either but I'm sure it must be.

Log onto your MyBT then go to "Your Orders" then "Manage Broadband" then "See Your Contract Details".
The word "orders" does not appear on the page that appears when you log in. This is on several browsers on Windows.
After exhaustive search a list of orders appears under "Help"/"Track your orders", an obscure place to say the least.
It would be nice to know what "Regrade of broadband and phone with BT TV" means. It appears several times for me.
I just looked at my bills - thanks Aljaha - and the expiry date only appears on the most recent one.
