My 12 month contract has now expired (without me realising!) so of course the monthly bill has risen sharply. What are my options now? Can I ring (or other method) asking for o further deal now that I am out of contract?
Contact the Options Team on 0800.800.030 to see what they will offer. Don't accept the first thing the offer you. Be prepared by finding out prices from other ISPs and negotiate with the Options Team and don't be afraid to tell them you are prepared to leave.
