When following the "Track My Order" option from the help menu, I've noticed a few errors since I've recontracted on 30/12/19.
Firstly, on the summary page, the order shows as 30/12/20 rather than 30/12/19.
If I then hit the "Track Order" option for that order and "View Order Summary" on the next page, my contract terms are listed as 24 months starting from 31/12/20 when it should be 31/12/19.
I don't want confusion about when my contract started when I next think about recontracting so how can I get this changed please?
