Contract details

Took out new contract for Broadband/phone/tv  they did not email details as promised so phoned them to request it the person I spoke to said they would email the details. They did not do so, so put in a complaint about again no contact (i can't find the ref number i got in sending the complaint) I have now sent another complaint about them not giving me the contract details as well as not getting back to me. If the don't get bact to me this time I will contact ofcom to see if they can help. Very poor service from BT

Ofcom will not be able to help you. They do not deal with individual complaints. They only advise how to complain. See link

Normally BT posts out your package details a week or so after your contract starts
