Contract end?

I need to find out whne is my contract ending, I thought it ended in January, tried to find it online, no luck there. Every other company, with any kind of service clearly states on your online account, when your countract started and when it ends.

Customer options should also be able to tell you.

I was wondering this too - I have found it! :smileyvery-happy:

 

If you go onto 'My BT' - scroll down the page - you will find contract details in between 'My Bill' and 'My Products'

 

It took some finding - good luck!

It doesn't appear on my page at all , and never has unlike some other lucky people. It appears to be yet another flaky aspect of the BT computer system.
