Contract ending 11/9/20

I am on BT Halo 1 at a cost of £53 a month, would like to downgrade to BT Fibre 2 at  £31  but it seems these deals are only available for new customers, will this deal be available when my contract ends. could you include the BT retentions phone number, or the best number to phone to renegotiate in reply thanks,  got one from yous a few months  back but it is now not operational. 08000800030. Thanks.

I’ve always gone through this number 0800 800 150

I don’t remember the options, but it’s fairly obvious

I always use options team who deal with contract renewals and negotiate a deal 0800800030

wow thats a high price for halo 1 . def get onto them and negotiate, always been very helpful when i have phoned
