Hi, recently noticed my contract had ended so I'm paying a large amount for just broadband service. I decided to have a look at my offers and saw the same package but around £40 (can't remember the exact price) so I renewed the contract thinking I'd be getting billed that much. But I just went to check the estimated bill at the end of the month and it's showing £71. Not sure if it's just because I renewed the contract during the middle of the month and the deal I agreed to will take effect after that or if I've just not been given the offer at all despite renewing for it.

If you didn't negotiate a new deal based on the offer then you need to contact cs 03301234150 asap and cancel current deal in cooling off period and negotiate a new deal. Alternatively cancel and move to new ISP - SKY or Plusnet etc

If you didn't chances are your bill will not change and their will be no record of any conversation relating to this.
