I am looking to renew with Fibre 1 Halo and a standard tv package. my question is will I be sent a new smart hub and youview box. my hub 5 is not doing well at the moment and seems to require daily resets

As an existing customer wishing to re-negotiate a new contract, you need to ring 0800 800 030 as that is a special number for contract renewals only.
You would not automatically be sent a new home hub, you would have to request one which would be loaned to you, but you will have to pay the postage cost.
As for the YouView box, this will only be replaced if its faulty.
