Credit Report dispute

Can anyone help with supplying the relevant contact details in BT to discuss having an entry on my Credit Report removed ??

I have already raised a dispute through TansUnion twice and even TransUnion cannot get a reply from BT I would now like to find a postal address where I can send copies of the relevant billing/payment confirmation direct to the department that deals with Credit Report entries.
