I've been trying to order Fibre 900 for a few weeks but apparently a data integrity issue on my account is preventing the order progressing correctly. After several calls to the Fibre team it seems we are no further forward despite repeated assurances this will be solved soon.
I am currently on the old infinity 3 package on fttp so it an upgrade rather than a new install.
Does anyone have any experience of a similar problem that can shed any light onto how long this is likely to take?
Any advice would be very gratefully received.
Did you get this sorted? Seems I also have an issue in my account from when I cancelled an order a couple of months ago. Parts of my account show me correctly on Fibre 2 whilst others and my bill show Fibre 100 with halo.
Something seems messed up and think it's preventing me ordering full fibre again
