Usually my online bills appear on the 5th or 6th of the month. I don't think they have ever been this late.
Anyone else experiencing this anomaly?
I see that Recent Usage shows zero. And this is disturbing:
"Your usage since your last bill is listed below"......
"Last updated: 28 Nov 13 at 22:20"
when the last bill was dated 6 Nov.
It's odd that these anomalies coincide roughly with a couple of calls I made to Sales, enquiring about an upgrade to Infinity.
Did everyone else receiving their online bills OK? Around Dec 5/6?
