Declined Top Cash back

Hello,

 

My cash back via Top Cash back has been declined by BT.

I originally placed my order which BT cancelled and then processed a new one.

I spoke to someone online last week and was assured it would be rectified within 7 days and it hasn't been.

Can someone please help.
