Hi, I placed my BT Broadband - New Customers order through topcashback on 2nd June 2018 and I received confirmation of a pending £105 cashback reward in my Top Cash back account. However after four months of waiting for this to become payable it has now been declined by BT?
It took BT more than one attempt to set up and connect my order which is now up and running.
I have four closed sales order reference on my account with the first one starting with AJMAAZZZZ***********. Which I presume is the reference to ordering on-line with Top Cash Back. This order was then cancelled by yourselves after the engineer visit because of problems.
I subsequently had my next orders placed by BT. These order references start with VOL013-************.
My service is now up and running but the reward for ordering through Top Cashback needs to be resolved.
Please can you provide some support and answers as to when this cash back reward will be confirmed and payable?

I gave you mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you today. The promotions team have authorised the payment at their end and have sent this to back to TopCashBack. The payment should be in your account in the next 30 days.
