BT has canceled my original order and re-raised same order with a different order number.
Because of above, my Top Cashback claim which was tracked correctly before, has been declined now.
I have raised it with TCB team but is it possible if a moderator help me in approving the claim from BT side?
My original order was having order date as 21st Match 2019 hence I am looking for a faster resolution please.

Hi @saurabh_vit007 I'm sorry your cashback has been declined. Topcashback will have a process in place to link the orders on their side but we'll be happy to raise a case with our cashback team to work with Topcashback and get it sorted.
If you check your Private Message's I've sent over a message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.

I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. The Promotions team have got back to me and approved that cashback payment at BT's end. This means that the payment should reach your account in the next 30 days.
As the original order was cancelled, this means that it hasn't tracked correctly. The Topcashback tracking will not reflect the manual process BT has followed to approve the cashback but you will definitely receive the TopCashBack credit in the next 30 days.
