Can someone please help? I have a default noted on my credit file which I have disputed with Equifax and have now been told I must contact you to have it removed. I've tried calling but not getting anywhere. I really need this removed as it is affecting my credit.

Hi, @jl2271 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. That's not the correct process, if the default has been applied in error Equifax need to liaise with a specialist team in BT directly to get it removed.
