I had my bt phone and broadband installed 19/04/18 and I claimed my bt reward card which £130 still no sign off it 7 weeks later I emailed the team that deals with it and the reply you get you think you were begging for it they can keep there reward card want out of my contract the customer service is a disgrace

Hi @Marty08 The promotions team have updated me on your reward card. They have apologised for the delay and advised that you should receive it by the 26th of this month.
Please post back to confirm that you have received it and if not let me know after the 26th and I will chase again.
