I ordered BT Infinity on 16th of February. Initially, the activation date was the 2nd of March, so I arranged the day off to ensure I was available. On the morning of the 2nd March, I was patiently waiting for the connection to take place when, at 10am, I received an email from them saying that the activation date has been delayed until the 17th March! That is a change of activation on the day of appointment!!
Extremely frustrated and wished I had gone elsewhere.
Admittedly there has been bad weather but only 2 days of weather I would call bad where I live.
They claim it is due to a backlog? 17 days of backlog?
Why should anyone have to wait 31 days for a connection to broadband these days?
