Hello,
I placed the order for an activation on the 11th of February and my broadband was supposed to be activated on the 28th but I'm still waiting.
I tried to contact both the chat and the phone customer centre but the only thing I got was a promise of a call from someone for an update "in the next 24 hours" (that was told to me 3 times in 3 different days) but I have never received calls from anyone.
This is getting very annoying. I am not asking for having my broadband activated today but AT LEAST an update on what's going.

same with me here. I am waiting for almost 3 months. Quite frustrating, everytime they give some lame reasons
@giorgioschiro I'm really sorry about the problems with your order and the delay getting back to you. Did you manage to get an update yet?
Is your order for Fibre to the cabinet or fibre to the home?
