Hi. Seems to be a common theme on here but on 24/10/18 I purchased BT Vision superfast and TV package for £69.99 per month and advised I would receive equipment on 6/11/18 (which I did) and activation would be 7/11/18. Guess what? No activation. Called BT and was told Virgin had not released my old number and thus there would be a delay. Was advised to cancel order and re order online to decrease delay time. Now the new monthly package price has increased to £80.99!! and it tells me activation will be on 27/11!! Please can someone help me. I am at my wits end as I need broadband for my work.
