Delete an unwanted BT ID

@DHUGHES49 I've made arrangements for the BT ID to be deleted so you can set the accounts up again separately from each other.

Dear Neil,

Are you able to inform me when the BT ID will be deleted?  It is linked to an ongoing issue dating back to 20th October and it is part of a complaint sent to head office and this matter has been dragging on for four weeks now (less one day) and it has to be resolved soon because in reality this matter should have been resolved within 10 minutes last month.
