I've got an old account showing on My BT which I think is stopping me from making changes to my BT TV subscription. I was told I could delete the old account myself but can't seem to see how. Can anyone help?
You can not delete it your self. If you contact BT Billing Team on 0800.800.150 they should be able to delete it for you.
You should however be able to access your present billing account by using the drop down box at the top right hand side where you see the account number when you log onto your MyBT.
