I receive an email notification every month that my BT bill is ready. So I login, download the bill and note the amount / date of payment. This is something that I've come to expect. However, this month I did not receive this email notification. It did not go my "spam folder" either.
(I think this may have happened once before, some time ago.)
Anyway, that's it really, just a bit of feedback. (Unless there was some kind of wide spread outage with billing notifications this month?)
