Did not receive email notification of new bill this month

I receive an email notification every month that my BT bill is ready. So I login, download the bill and note the amount / date of payment. This is something that I've come to expect. However, this month I did not receive this email notification. It did not go my "spam folder" either.

(I think this may have happened once before, some time ago.)

Anyway, that's it really, just a bit of feedback. (Unless there was some kind of wide spread outage with billing notifications this month?)

There appears to have been some form of fault as several people including myself didn't receive an email. The Mods think it is a one off and things should be back to normal next month.
