I moved house at the end of August and ordered BT broadband. The order was accidentally cancelled by BT. I decided not to go ahead due to frustration with BT and went to another service provider. After a number of phone calls BT agreed not to charge me the £90 cancellation get. Two months later I am unable I am trying to resolve billing issue. I want to pay the call charges I owe but not the cancellation fee. Despite several hours on the phone nobody can help by sending a correct bill. Tonight I have received a reminder with late payment charges. Just about spoilt my weekend and at the end of my tether! Does anybody know who can help!
