Hi, I signed up to Bt fibre as a new customer on 22/2/20, and had it installed on 9/3/20. I should have received an Amazon voucher as part of my deal. There’s nothing showing in my rewards page for me to claim, I’ve previously spoken to someone at BT on an online chat who assured me that my voucher would arrive in the post. This still hasn’t arrived and on my rewards page it still shows that no rewards claimed or waiting to be claimed. How do I get my voucher please?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Bear in mind that its likely to take a while to sort out.
