Difficulty reporting a bereavement to BT Customer Services via their email address.
Hi Can anyone help me please? I need a direct email address to communicate with BT about a bereavment and stopped direct debits. I am disabled want to communicate by email and not phone, or post or "chat". I found a link on the BT site allowing me to send information to BT via the web page but I find those confusing. I also want the reassurance of a keeping a copy of my email for my records.
