Looking for some help with my Dad's account.
He changed bank accounts a few months ago and since then BT have been unable to take his direct debit payment, every other payment has been fine.
He thinks he's now had 5 attempts at setting up the direct debit but so far nothing has worked and he has been cut off once and got yet another threaten to be cut off letter today.
The bank say there has been no request.
So far no-one has been help to get to the bottom of this.
