I contacted Web chat speaking to Tanaya on the 16th June. She told me that I could be given more time to pay provided I pay £100 towards my bill which I did. She then gave me an extension until 5th July to pay the outstanding £231. I was very grateful. However. I have woken up this morning, 20th June to fi d ALL my services disco nected including my mobile.

If you are in a hurry to get reconnected urgently you would be best to call customer services.
