Disgusting that BT are disconnecting people at such a time when a world wide pandemic is going on, because people have fallen behind with their bills due to unforeseen hardship and having to make priority calls obo their families.
What makes this even more difficult and bitter is that this now prevents many people maintaining contact with their family and loved ones who may be suffering from illness
due to CV19 like myself. You’d expect better from a multi billion £ company. But greed never diminishes.
BT were not cutting customers off or taking any action until June if their bill was due after about 25 March if you had a bill outstanding prior to that date you needed to phone to discuss payment plan
