Does Friends and Family International only apply to calls made on a land line?

I have Friends and Family International on my land line. I'm considering getting a BT Mobile plan on my account. Will the Friends and Family International add-on also apply to international calls made on my BT Mobile?

The Friends and Family International add on will only apply to your phone line and not your BT Mobile service.
