Hi. I have until mid July to go with my current contract. I have basic FIBRE 1 B'band and a Landline with 700 minutes.
I have noted that FIBRE1 will NOT be available when my current contract ends and I will also want to dispense with the 700 minutes on the Landline as we are a very low phone user and use mostly our mobiles for calls.
Is it possuble to change my contract On-Line now to get Full Fibre 100 and dispense with the 700 minute aspect of my current conytract. As it stands I would only need to pay £33.35 for Full Fibre 100 per month, a saving of £7.63 per month for terminating my 700 minutes. Is this possible to sort on-line and/or would I be liable for early termination charges?. Being of senior years and trying to save money where I can, I was wondering how easy this would be to avail myself with much faster B.band speeds NOW at the expense of terminating the 700 minutes.
Your help and expertise would be most welcome. Thank You.

You need to phone CS 03301234150 and see what you can negotiate
Sadly it's phone and broadband. You would have to terminate the whole contract with all the early termination fees.
Much better (and cheaper) to continue till your current contract ends then search for a good broadband only deal.
Call plans normally can be changed on a monthly notice , so although you could reduce the 700mins to PAYG , the list price for PAYG is £5 ( often negotiated to £3 ) but if you were not given a discount the £2.63 saving may not be worth it …presumably you originally took the 700 mins plan because you make the occasional call , 10mins of calls on PAYG wipes out that saving .
TBH , it’s unlikely you will get an offer 5 months advance of your minimum term expiration but it costs nothing to call and find out
