Hi,
I have recently switched from BT and have had the last portion of my final bill credited to my account, the issue is that I removed my Direct Debit as I wasn't expecting to be billed and then refunded. Now when I go to add a Direct Debit I get the below error message. How can I go about setting this back up or having a one off method of receiving the refund (cheque in the mail?)

Hi @Joshhodgetts and welcome to our community.
Thanks for posting about the refund. As you've cancelled the direcet bedit the refund will be sent as a cheque to your last billing address (unless you've asked for it to be sent elsewhere).
