I have been trying to post an email complaint via the portal and I keep receiving an error message. I have been trying daily since the start of February to no avail. Is this permanently down? I am trying to make a complaint about an incorrect credit default from 2017, perhaps the timing is an issue. But I would think that Data Protection states that a company should hold on to information for 5 years.
