Email not recieved regarding choosing free gift

Hi, recently joined bt, taking out  superfast fibre unlimited, bt tv, bt sport & bt mobile 500mb plan, website states that i would recieve an email once my order was processed (it has been) allowing me to choose a free gift of either a Samsung tab or xbox one.  No email has been recieved. 

Any ideas on how i can select the xbox if i haven't recieved the email!!

You will receive the email 30 days after your service has been active. This will allow you to claim your free gift.

If you were also offered a reward card, this needs to be claimed, as its not sent automatically.
