End of contract

I have Unlimited Broadband and Anytime calls under a contract ending next month. I've been offered a derisory £1 off the £46.98 to renew my contract so I'm off to pastures new. My new supplier does all the leg work so does this mean I don't have to contact BT to advise them?

Re: End of contract

Hi @prugone and thanks for posting.

Have you spoken with our customer options team? They'll be able to discuss retention deals with you. You can contact them on 0800 800 030. They'll also be able to note you're leaving on the account if you decide to do so.

Cheers

David

Re: End of contract

Thanks David, I was advised by a BT rep to call 01324452504 which I thought was the retentions team and that's where I received the silly offer by a young lady who told me that's all she could offer me!

@prugone Yes you were speaking with the retentions team on that number.

Re: End of contract

Thanks Neil, there's obviously no point in ringing again then.

Re: End of contract

BT have to realise that there are better offers out there. Why should a customer phone more than once?

BT at times don't deserve the customers they have.
