Is there a form to complete for enduring power of attorney? And where should the copy of the enduring power of attorney be sent?

One thing to remember is only send copies, the documents are not returned once BT have verified them.

This implies that BT will not accept evidence of an LPA through the gov.uk website specifically set up for the purpose - i.e., to avoid having to make (potentially) dozens of certified copies.

I sometimes wonder if organisations like BT realise how stressful being an attorney and managing the process can be.
