My father-in-law has decided he no longer needs broadband/Internet and my wife packaged all of the router, wires etc. and sent them back on the 14th November. My father-in-law has proof of sending receipt from the Post Office.
My wife has been receiving emails from BT (as her Dad doesn’t have an email address) saying they have not received the returned items.
Is it possible to have this resolved? I can send a photo of the “proof of sending” receipt.
