Has any one else had 'Ref# CON-0048' as an error message when trying to order BT Mobile online?
It comes after creating the order and signing in to My BT. It states its verifying the information an then comes up with a few lines of text and the above error code.
Tried speaking on chat to both Mobile Orders and Customer Services and each one said I needed to speak to the other! Typical BT.
Anyone seen this before?
I've pretty much exhuasted customer services who pass me from BT Mobile to Customer Services to BT Mobile...you get the picture.
Just spent 10 mins waiting for some other team who issue the vouchers etc only to get cut off.
